The nonprofit arm of Who’s Your Farmer, reimbursing partner farms for credit card fees and investing in a more resilient local food system.
Mission
The Farm Futures Foundation exists to strengthen the financial resilience of small and mid-sized farms. We cover the credit card and transaction fees partner farms would otherwise absorb, and reinvest in grants and subsidies that lower the cost of doing business for local growers.
How It Works
Partner farms receive automatic quarterly grants to offset their credit card and transaction fees — no application needed. If you’re a partner farm, the reimbursement happens in the background so you can stay focused on the work.
Looking Ahead
We’re building toward a cooperative processing network, tiered fee reductions as the Foundation grows, and new programs designed alongside our partner farms.
